Making a Purchase

Placing an Order

Once you have selected your items, click on “Checkout” and follow the steps to complete your order. You will be asked to provide the necessary billing, delivery, and payment details. Please ensure all information is accurate before confirming your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at zairajewelery@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist. However, as orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been confirmed.

Pre-Orders

Certain products may be available for purchase on a pre-order basis. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Estimated dispatch times are displayed on the relevant product page. Please note that dispatch dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to supplier, manufacturing, or shipping delays outside of our control.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated dispatch timeframe provided at the time of purchase.

Discounts, promotional offers, and discount codes are applicable to eligible pre-order items unless otherwise stated. Any savings applied at checkout will be honoured when your order is dispatched.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may hold the order until all items are available for dispatch. If you require in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. Should there be a significant delay to your pre-order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Order Confirmation and Contract

After placing your order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email stating that your order has been dispatched.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund where applicable.

Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery across Ireland and the EU. Once an order enters our fulfilment process, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Pricing and VAT

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euro and include VAT where applicable, in accordance with Irish and EU consumer regulations. We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Product Images and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect.

All products are supplied in conformity with applicable EU consumer protection laws. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to the remedies provided under EU consumer rights legislation.
