Making a Purchase
Making a Purchase
Placing an Order
Once you have selected your items, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your order. You will be asked to provide the necessary billing, delivery and payment information.
Please ensure that all information is complete and accurate before confirming your purchase.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at zairajewelery@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you. However, because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been placed.
Preorders
Certain products may be available to purchase on a preorder basis. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
The estimated processing or dispatch period will be displayed before you place your order. Unless expressly stated otherwise, preorder dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, supplier, customs or shipping delays.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge the estimated timeframe displayed at the time of purchase. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Discounts and promotional codes may be used on eligible preorder items unless otherwise stated. Any valid discount applied at checkout will be honoured.
If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, we may dispatch the entire order once all items are available. If you would like to receive in-stock products sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order.
If a preorder is significantly delayed, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout. Where required by law, you may cancel the affected order and receive a refund.
If we are unable to fulfil a preorder, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Order Confirmation and Contract Formation
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean that your order has been accepted.
A legally binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, unless we expressly confirm acceptance at an earlier stage.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including:
-
Product unavailability
-
An obvious pricing or product-description error
-
Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
-
An unsuccessful or unauthorised payment
-
Suspected fraud or unlawful activity
-
Delivery restrictions affecting the destination
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.
Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed as quickly as reasonably possible. Our available delivery destinations and estimated timeframes are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Unless a different timeframe has been agreed with you, orders will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is formed, as required by applicable UK consumer law.
A longer delivery period may apply to preorder products where an estimated timeframe was clearly displayed and agreed at the time of purchase.
Once an order has entered our fulfilment process, we may be unable to modify or cancel it. If it has already been dispatched, you may still exercise your applicable cancellation or return rights.
Prices, Currency and VAT
Our website’s default prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Prices may also be displayed in other currencies depending on your location and the options available through our website.
Prices include UK VAT where applicable. If Zaira Jewelery is not required to charge VAT on a particular sale, VAT will not be added merely because a product is sold through our website.
Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you complete your order.
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, including orders sent to Ireland or another EU country, import VAT, customs duties or handling fees may apply unless checkout expressly confirms that these charges are included.
We may update our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
If a price is clearly incorrect and the error could reasonably have been recognised, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.
Product Images and Descriptions
We take reasonable care to ensure that our product descriptions, specifications, measurements and images are accurate and up to date.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting or photography. Minor variations may also occur because of manufacturing or finishing processes.
These minor variations will not affect your rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Your Consumer Rights
United Kingdom Customers
Products supplied to UK consumers must be:
-
Of satisfactory quality
-
Fit for their intended purpose
-
As described
-
In conformity with the contract
If a product does not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, depending on the circumstances.
UK customers purchasing online also generally have a 14-day right to cancel eligible orders. Full details are provided in our Return Policy.
Irish and European Union Customers
If we market or sell products to consumers in Ireland or another European Union country, those customers retain any mandatory protections provided by the applicable law in their country of residence.
These protections may include:
-
A 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases
-
A minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods
-
Rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund, where applicable
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
