This website is operated by Zaira Jewelry, Ireland. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zaira Jewelry.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use our products or website for unlawful purposes or in breach of Irish or EU law.

Orders and Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt.

A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Stock unavailability

If payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing and VAT

All prices are displayed in Euro and include VAT where applicable in accordance with Irish and EU regulations.

Delivery costs are shown clearly before checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling Off Period)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at:

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

Returned goods must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds:
• We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
• You are responsible for return shipping costs

We may deduct an amount if the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

This statutory right does not apply to:
• Custom made or personalised items
• Sealed items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Legal Guarantee and Conformity

Under EU law, all goods are covered by a minimum 2 year legal guarantee.

If a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Price reduction
• Refund

This is provided in accordance with Directive 2019/771 and Irish consumer law.

Product Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate.

Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings or production differences and do not constitute a defect.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under Irish or EU law.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.

Intellectual Property

All website content including images, branding, text and logos are the property of Zaira Jewelry and may not be used without permission.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection legislation.
