At Zaira Jewelry, your satisfaction is important to us. This Return Policy is designed in accordance with Irish and EU consumer protection law.
Your 14 Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Cooling Off Period)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at:
You must return the item within 14 days of informing us of your decision to withdraw.
Conditions:
• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging
• You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store
• If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value
Refunds:
• We will refund the full purchase price
• Standard delivery costs will also be refunded
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
• Refunds will be made using the original payment method
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
This statutory right does not apply to:
• Personalised or custom made jewellery
• Sealed items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed
Your legal rights are not affected.
Our 30 Day Returns Policy
In addition to your legal 14 day right, we offer an extended 30 day return window from the date of delivery.
For returns made between 15 and 30 days:
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non refundable
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under EU law, all goods are covered by a minimum 2 year legal guarantee.
If your item is:
• Faulty
• Not as described
• Not fit for purpose
You are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.
In such cases:
• We will cover return shipping costs
• No deductions will apply

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
If an order has already been dispatched, you may use your 14 day right of withdrawal as outlined above.
We do not apply automatic restocking fees to consumers exercising their statutory rights.
Return Instructions
All returns must:
• Be securely packaged
• Include a valid tracking number
• Be sent to the return address provided after contacting us
We recommend keeping proof of postage until your refund is processed.
